Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. No restocking fee is charged.

To start a return, email kukurela0503@gmail.com with your order number, part number and reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for defective items or items we sent incorrectly. Customers pay return shipping when changing their mind or ordering an incorrect part or model.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Fitment and damaged deliveries

Please check the part number and vehicle or appliance model before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can arrange a resolution. For large freight deliveries, inspect the shipment and record any visible damage with the carrier.
